Russian books on Photobook Week Aarhus

From October 9th -11th 2014 Aarhus, Denmark holds an international photobook festival Photobook Week Aarhus. This year Russian photo books will be presented in an exhibition which is planned within the festival. Russian stand with photo books will be shared between the curator of the Photovisa Festival (Krasnodar), Irina Chmyreva and FotoDepartament.
FotoDepartament presents self-published photo books of young photographers from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Ivanovo and Kazan. Among authors there are graduates and students of FotoDepartament.Institut, an educational program and independent Russian photographers who’s work presents a variety of photographical genres. Most of the books presented at the exhibition can be purchased at the FotoDepartament Book Store or online.
